What this site collects

This is a personal artist and teaching site. It does not run a store checkout or first-party analytics. The only information gathered through the site itself is what you choose to send.

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and optional first name are sent to Mailchimp so Malina can send occasional studio updates (generally no more than once a month).
• Inquiry forms. Lesson requests, contact messages, rhythm-session interest, alternate course purchases, and CD hard-copy orders send your name, email, and any notes you include to Malina through FormSubmit, a free form delivery service. This website does not store those messages on its own server.
• Technical basics. Like most sites, the host that serves these pages may keep ordinary server logs (for example IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

Third parties you may encounter

• Mailchimp processes newsletter signups. Their privacy policy is atmailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
• FormSubmit delivers contact and lesson inquiry emails. Their privacy policy is atformsubmit.co/privacy.
• YouTube may load when you choose to play an embedded video (privacy-enhanced embeds are used where possible). Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that service.
• PayPal and Venmo handle payments if you follow those links from the rhythm course page. Those companies process payment data under their own policies.
• Spotify and social platforms open when you follow outbound links; they are not embedded trackers on every page.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies. Third-party services you activate (for example playing a YouTube video or completing a Mailchimp signup) may set their own cookies under their policies.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any Mailchimp email.
• To ask a privacy question, or request that your newsletter data be updated or removed, email malrausch@gmail.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the newsletter or inquiry forms without a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change. For material changes that affect how newsletter data is used, a short note may also appear near the signup form.
